My name is Matt Whiteman, I am the director, salesman and installer for Coast to Coast Ltd, I was born in Palmerston North and are married with a young family. My interests are those of a typical bloke being hunting/fishing/beach stuff/golf.

I have been operating the business since 2002 when I bought the business off my father, the business then was called R E Whiteman Ltd.

I specialise in commercial refrigeration, commercial and domestic heat pumps.

I started installing heat pumps about 2004 by installing Mitsubishi electric heat pumps, I then installed Fujitsu units for a couple of years and when my supplier changed to Panasonic units I changed as well. I mostly supply and install Panasonic heat pumps, but can offer very competitive prices on Mitsubishi and Fujitsu units, all 3 brands offer excellent quality/5 and 6 star energy ratings and are very quiet.

We do not have a receptionist, or a big workshop/showroom so our business overheads are as low as they can be, this allows us to offer the best value for money in the Manawatu for heat pumps in terms of price/service and quality of product.

I personally have installed over 800 heat pumps and because of this I can quickly assess the heating requirements for your home.

I pride myself on honesty, integrity and quality of workmanship in my business operations.

Unfortunately we are not part of the governments EECA program as the paperwork involved in the scheme was to great, but we are generally cheaper than those companies on the program even after the $500 credit is taken off. We are however part of the Genesis $300 cash back offer.
